Executive Summary

There are many choices when it comes to CPAP masks. Some may use the term "overwhelming" when it comes to choosing a mask for you. Using my experience and expertise, I will try to provide some guidance and insight in order to make your choice a little easier. In the times to come, this blog will focus on different styles of masks and reviews of specific masks.

  1. I use a mask that looks like a triangle and it fits over my nose. I think that it may be a little small.

I've been noticing that there is a lot of pressure on my upper row of teeth, and that there is a kind of gray cast to the skin over my upper lip that I think is being caused by lack of circulation while the mask is in place.

Is there another kind of mask I should be using?

  3. There are many styles to choose from when it comes to Nasal Pillows. Some DME's have trial periods for masks. If you contact your DME, they may let you take home some Nasal Pillows for a trial period.
